PPL Exam Prep · Account & data deletion request

You can request deletion of your PPL Exam Prep account and associated personal data without installing the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@ppl-prep.app
2. Use the subject line: Delete my PPL Exam Prep account
3. Include the email address of the account you want deleted
4. Send the request from that same email address when possible (helps us verify ownership)

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:

• Your account profile (email, name, Google Sign-In link if any)
• Learning progress, practice answers, and mock exam history
• App subscription/entitlement records tied to your account on our servers

What may remain

• Limited records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example purchase receipts processed by Google Play)
• Google Play / RevenueCat purchase history held by those platforms under their own policies
• Backups for a short period until they rotate out

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the account has been deleted.
